CNK Aerospace was a leading company in getting AS9100 certification in Turkey
We are implementing AS9100 requirements in our ERP system. Corrective actions, assigned trainings, FAI documents, calibration managements and many are originated in our system. 
All the KPIs are held real time through our MRP system. We can measure many data and analyze every week in order to be more and more competitive.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control is the most important and valuable department in our company. our very well experienced and highly skilled engineers are confirming 20,000+ parts monthly.

• Our CMM programmers are capable of 3D model/Actual part comparison as well as reverse engineering 

• Our CMM machines are working with 3 shifts.

• Quality control is made also during production as required by work orders.
